GK Services Computer Shop is a retail store established in 2009, specializing in genuine laptop and desktop spare parts. We are located at 1st Floor, D-No: 31-4-340, 4/2, opp. Revathi Decors, Arundelpet, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522002.

3. Products & Pricing

• All products listed are genuine spare parts for laptops and desktops.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product may vary slightly.
• Stock availability is subject to change. We will notify you if an item is unavailable after order placement.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
• We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Cards) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD is available for select locations in Guntur and surrounding areas.
• If payment fails but amount is deducted, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time depends on your location — usually 3–7 business days within Andhra Pradesh.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for incorrect address deliveries.

6. Warranty

• Laptop batteries: 6–12 months warranty (manufacturer defects only)
• Laptop adapters: 3–6 months warranty
• Screens and keyboards: 3 months warranty
• Motherboards: warranty as specified on product page
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage or misuse.
• To claim warranty, contact us with your order details and product issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is the property of GK Services or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

GK Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

We are not responsible for any data loss, device damage or other issues arising from installation of spare parts. Professional installation is recommended.
